About GradConnection

GradConnection is a specialist graduate program development company formed by three previous graduates from Wellington New Zealand. Its purpose is to offer a range of products and services to help graduate and hr managers cope with the high demands and expectations of graduate programs.

We are now based out of Sydney Australia and service a range of different clients with very different graduate program goals.

Our Origins

Directors Mike Casey, David Jenkins and Daniel Purchas founded GradConnection in early 2007. At the time Mike was a senior IT professional and David and Daniel were in a graduate program for one of Australia and New Zealand's largest banks.

The concept of a specialist graduate program consultancy originated from having exposure to many organisations spending tens of thousands of dollars on marketing and still have trouble hiring the number of quality graduates they want. After experiencing first hand in a graduate program the inefficiencies in the marketing, hiring and management of graduates within a large organisation. A gap appeared in a competitive market for a company to help mitigate the process of recruiting and managing graduates. From here GradConnection was born.
